Subway - Maplesville

I have visited this location a few times over the past couple of years. They NEVER have sweet tea. Once it was about an hour to closing and they didn't want to make any more, another time they said they had ran out of sugar and this time I'm not sure what the deal was for not having any. Half of the soda choices were out too. The worker microwaved my sandwich until it was as hard as a rock. Overall, this Subway is my least favorite of all the ones I've visited.

Rude customer service. To the manager at maplesville subway, the guy that you were just VERY rude too infront of all the costumers, has been working a lot more hours then you I’m sure trying to restore people’s power!! I’m sure he hasn’t had much sleep the past few days and overlooked the signs. Most people would have gave him his meal for free seeings those men have worked very hard to restore power for people like you!! Spoke to management right after I posted. She reached out to me and addressed the problem. Thank you for your quick reply ???

This is my second trip to this particular Subway, and both have been exceptional. Employees are happy to help, and the food is high quality.

Eating is always great I go, but one of the workers is always rude for everyone. Don't worry about me I just want my food, but for some it can be a reason not to stop here.
