Taqueria Ranch 12 - Maple Valley

I usually get the California burrito (which is fantastic but I have switched to the torta- they put beans in it! Only way to have a great torta! Try them, you won't be disappointed:

Service is excellent and it is fast and in a safe location, but the tacos don't taste like $3 tacos.

Food was done in a timely manner. Service was great Super tasty! Everything was priced well. Enjoy all of meals.

Every time I have tried to come here (3x so far) they are closed, even as early as 6pm with their phone shut off. I'm a big fan of Mexican food and being from California I really wanted to try the cali burrito. What are the actual hours? I'll update my review after I actually get a chance to try it

I’ve lived in Maple Valley for more than six years and have driven past this food truck countless times, but it was always closed when I was heading to work. One day, feeling sick and tired of the usual fast food options around me, I decided to try something different since recovering from COVID has left me disappointed with most of the food I've had—it just doesn't taste good anymore and often has a horrible aftertaste, which is quite disheartening. As I was passing by the food truck, I noticed it was open, so I turned around to check out the menu. I decided to order a breakfast burrito, and I was so glad I made that choice. After each bite, I found myself saying, "Wow, this is so good!" I do have two complaints: first, they open at 10 a.m., and second, I can't help but crave their food all the time. If you enjoy a delicious breakfast burrito, you absolutely need to check this place out!
