My family has lived in the area for many years and have tried the majority of the pho places in the Maple Valley-Covington area over the years. Hands down, this is the best pho restaurant! Best broth, most authentic, best serving sizes. We get pho at least monthly here and it never disappoints. Banh mi is also great! Many Vietnamese places In this area tend to have more Americanized banh mi but pho binh min offers traditional Vietnamese ham.

We ordered the Shrimp Banh mi and the Pork Banh mi sandwiches. Both sandwiches were served on wonderful French Bread, which had a crusty crust and fluffy inside. The pork and the shrimp were absolutely delicious!Do yourself a favor and try one of their Banh mi sandwiches!!

Had the short ribs and egg roll combo vermicelli. Good flavor and sauce on the ribs. Didn't care for the table sauce. Egg rolls were good, too, but varying temperatures.Also, I wasn't served a knife, so eating the ribs was a bit messy. Thai tea was good, perhaps premade?

We 've always had our go to pho place but didn 't want to drive that far so decided to give this place a try. I cannot even begin to say how happy we did. We might just have a new go to place!!We had to large combo bowls of Pho, an order of fresh spring rolls, eggs rolls and potstickers. Everything was extremely fresh and tasted delicious. The fresh spring rolls may have just been the best I 've ever had!! The two guys working there were super friendly!! Thank you. We 'll see you all soon!
