Farrelli's Wood Fire Pizza Maple Valley

A recent first timer here, I found the place to be a welcoming laidback atmosphere. The service was wonderful prompt. We lucked out by making their happy hour special. Plenty of great items to choose from on the menu; I liked the freedom to customize was able to get the gluten free option of the Pesto Chicken Caprese. I'll make it a point to stop by when in the Maple Valley area ! Service: Dine in

We ordered two personal cheese pizzas and a chocolate and strawberry shake. I was quite hungry and enjoyed both the pizza and the shake, but my 13-year-old was less impressed. She didn’t particularly like the pizza, although she still managed to eat three-quarters of it. One of the other kids in our group also didn't enjoy her chocolate shake, while my daughter liked the strawberry shake but didn't finish it. The pizza has a different style, with a low profile and a less crispy crust. The cheese was a bit rubbery and greasy. Despite this, I still found it enjoyable! Just keep in mind that it's not a classic Margherita pizza, and I couldn't really detect the wood-fired flavor in it. The server processed our payment right at the table using a portable device, which I appreciated because it made the checkout process much quicker. Overall, I would return to this restaurant, though I'm not sure it would be my daughter’s first choice. My review is based on a limited selection of items from the menu. The other dishes that I saw in our group looked pretty good. For vegetarian options, you can choose a cheese pizza and salad.
