El Caporal - Maple Valley

Family owned. Fun, family atmosphere, family business. Eating is great, servings are big, they are great with children, what more do you want? All I had on the menu is excellent, and they also pour some good drinks!

I love this place. Amazing mole but not traditional taste. Portions are big. The price is low. Service is always friendly fast. Great place for the family. Even American cuisine on their menu is good in contrast to most Mexican places.

I took my family out for dinner as we are doing construction around our home and can't use the kitchen. Everything was fantastic! The wait staff was kind, efficient, and friendly. The prices were great, and we will be back for sure!
