Trash. And I’m not hard to please.3 empty cheesesteak eggrolls for $11? They were soooooo tiny. Ordered inferno wings, they tasted like Buffalo, were barely hot. My burger was pretty good… although they put regular Mayo instead of horseradish Mayo. My friend ordered salmon entree. It’s $20. It was absolutely trash! A scoop of white rice, green beans tasted like they were cooked in bean curd, and the salmon was so tiny. What is going on with this place. Our waitress was ok. She seemed over it like we were.
Who last night for the first time with my wife and 2 big daughters thought the food was really good, only the problem we had was when the server said that she dropped my wife's cheese steak on the ground and we had to wait for her to remake while we ate our food, she said manager, but never came over, but overall great experience
Service was phenomenal, food and beer exactly what we expected. Oh, and we won the 1st place Seinfeld Quizzo. Hail to The Moops!
Was in the city of Richmond va had the honey hot wings and a steak sub and it was smack yo Moma well hopefully we get here soon a franchise below
My wings, my son's salmon and cousin's burgers were good. The dessert was delicious. The indoor terrace was beautiful. Great lighting for selfies! I enjoyed watching my time there as the falcons hit by the patriots
At this bustling establishment, patrons can enjoy a vibrant atmosphere complemented by cold beer and enticing food options. Although the wings and cheesesteak egg rolls received positive nods, some dishes lacked freshness and seasoning. While friendly and attentive waitstaff brightened the experience for many, others encountered slow service and neglected requests. The lively crowd, comprising young people and families, adds to the ambiance, though loud TV volumes detract from conversations. Trivia nights and a charming patio create a fun backdrop, but inconsistent service may lead some to explore other dining options. Overall, the venue shows potential but needs refinement.

When she returned, she threw the receipt back at me. I asked her why she had taken the initial receipt in such a manner, and she denied having done so. At this point, I felt uncomfortable handing her my credit card. I sought out a nearby manager to explain the situation, and he assured me he would talk to the bartender. I paid my bill and left. I recognize that bartenders face a lot of pressure, but I want to emphasize that I was polite throughout the encounter. The way she handled a simple situation was aggressive and unpleasant, making me hesitant to return. I felt that my concerns went unheard, especially since the bartender appeared to be smirking the whole time. While I do not wish to name her, I hope the male manager I spoke with can provide context. Overall, I’m disappointed with my experience and hope her behavior can be addressed to improve customer service for future guests.
My experience would have been enjoyable if we had received service from an actual waitress. We were seated but left unacknowledged for 20 minutes. I asked for assistance twice and still waited without any attention. The best part? The restaurant was empty! I won’t be returning; there are plenty of other places that would welcome my business.
I visited this PJ's over the weekend, and it was by far the worst experience and service I’ve ever had at this establishment. The food lacked flavor and seasoning, and it seemed rushed and not fully cooked. I am extremely upset about paying $8.00 for a dessert that was hard, old, and stale. As for the service, it was okay, but it could have been much better. Several times, I tried to get my server's attention for something I needed, and she walked right past me multiple times as if she didn’t notice me. I definitely won’t be returning to this location, and they have a lot of improvements to make.
I have been a customer at this restaurant for 20 years, but I have consistently faced disappointment with their takeout service. Recently, my order was missing an entire appetizer that my son had been looking forward to. The wings were dry and didn't come with blue cheese or sauce, the fries were forgotten, the sauce for the pretzel bites was missing, and the PJs fries were cold and lacking in cheese. While the manager did refund our money, I've decided to stop ordering from this location. I'm giving it a two-star rating because the food simply isn't worth the ongoing disappointments and the need to meticulously check the staff's work every time I place an order.
Awful experience. Although I usually have simple tastes, I was very disappointed. The three cheesesteak egg rolls for $11 were tiny. The inferno wings tasted just like Buffalo sauce and had no heat at all. My burger was okay, but they used regular mayo instead of horseradish mayo as promised. My friend's $20 salmon entrée was a total letdown—a small serving of rice, green beans that had an odd flavor, and a tiny piece of salmon. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and even our waitress didn’t seem very engaged.

If you're traveling, skip Chili's and head here instead. The service is quick and efficient, and they serve food after 10 PM. Overall, I was very satisfied. They have a variety of delicious chicken wing sauces too!
I really enjoy this place. It’s conveniently located near my home and has a great ambiance. The food is decent, but not something I would specifically recommend; it’s fine for an easy meal. The service was good, and the drinks were served nice and cold. Prices are reasonable. As for kid-friendliness, it’s a great spot for families; they serve Kraft macaroni and cheese, which is perfect since it's what kids are familiar with.
I had a disappointing experience at the Moorestown location. The service was terrible; the waitress didn’t smile the entire time and only checked on us once, asking how the food was as she walked by, without even stopping to listen to our response. The food itself was completely bland, although I suppose it could be good for dieting since there was no oil at all on the broccoli. The only reason I'm giving two stars is that the beer was nice and cold. Management really needs to improve immediately! I definitely won't be returning to this location.
This is a fantastic restaurant! There aren't many places like it in South Jersey. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is always friendly. Plus, it’s kid-approved with a fun coloring map!
My favorite bar and restaurant! The service is exceptional from start to finish, with friendly bartenders, attentive servers, and welcoming greeters. The atmosphere is fantastic. I will always recommend PJ's Maple Shade.

Emily delivered EXCEPTIONAL service during our visit. The food was delicious, and the timing of the service was extremely prompt. Emily was very attentive, anticipating our drink refills before we even had to ask. We will definitely be coming back!
The back patio is fantastic! They have great beer specials that are always enjoyable. Trivia night is a lot of fun, and the TV coverage is excellent. The staff is really friendly. Just a heads up, Tuesday dollar wing night can get really crowded!
After a particularly long day, I decided to sit at the bar, where I was greeted by the only bartender, Erica C. She was not only pleasant but also incredibly efficient. Even while attending to two larger parties, she managed to serve me promptly, demonstrating a sweet and attentive demeanor throughout. What truly impressed me was her constant movement—she was busy making drinks, cleaning, and regularly checking in on everyone. I never had to wait to place my order, which is remarkable considering she also found time to sweep and wipe down surfaces while handling a lively group of guys. Erica is a superstar, and I really hope her management recognizes her exceptional contributions because she truly made my day with her thoughtfulness.
The food is amazing and the service is excellent. Our waitress, Jessica, was very friendly and attentive.
My server was Brooke, and she was excellent—attentive and friendly. Wednesday is oyster night, which I absolutely love! You should definitely make an effort to come here.

As a longtime fan of PJ's, which has been my favorite restaurant since childhood, I’m disappointed to report that greed seems to have taken over this once-beloved spot. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad, a dish that has always been generous and satisfying. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering it to go. When I opened the container, I was appalled by the tiny portion—it was so small that I questioned whether I had mistakenly received a side salad. What was presented as a full-sized meal felt like a betrayal to loyal customers. I can confidently say that I will not be returning to PJ's, and I would recommend that others avoid it as well. The blatant greed and disregard for customer satisfaction are truly shocking. I paid $15 for a salad that was smaller than my hand! I sincerely hope you take better care of your future customers than you did your loyal ones in the past.
I really enjoyed the shrimp lime tacos, and the wings I ordered were fantastic. I also tried a new drink, Captain Morgan Cinnamon with some spices. It was decent, but not really my favorite, so I'll choose a different alcoholic beverage next time. Our waitress was very friendly, and my husband liked his burger too. However, the noise level in the restaurant was quite high.
3. **Half Rack Platter**: The ribs were juicy, and the BBQ sauce was quite flavorful, served alongside French fries. However, the coleslaw felt like an afterthought, presented in a small condiment cup. As a fan of coleslaw, I would have appreciated a larger portion. In summary, while there are a few areas that could be enhanced, the overall experience was enjoyable!
