The people working at the window provided fantastic customer service and were so friendly. The only downside is that there?s a small parking lot which is crowded since it?s so good! There?s only three benches out front to sit. Overall, one of the best soft serve spots around! Can?t wait to return.

Funny story, I used to go here 30 years ago to get hot fudge sundaes with wet nuts for my grandmom...they frequently forgot the wet nuts and she would be livid like it was the end of the world. So I went there the other day and got the same order in memory of my grandmother, and don't you know they forgot the wet nuts! She must have been laughing up in heaven about that!

I ordered a vanilla-chocolate swirl in a cone,... read more I am surprisingly disappointed. Maybe they had a bad day, otherwise I cannot explain all the great reviews here. I ordered a vanilla-chocolate swirl in a cone, and my son had vanilla m&m ice cream in a cup. First, they prepared my swirl in the wrong cone (they gave me a tiny cone instead of the big one I had asked for), that tiny cone was not even able to hold the ice cream and it almost immediately fell down. When I told them about it, they charged me extra, which again, was annoying, but I could make sense of it. The worst thing was that although it wasn't that hot 7pm, the ice cream almost immediately melted in my hands, not to mentions my son's ice cream in a cup turned into lequid less than 5 minutes in. The ice cream was simply not frozen enough. It was so messy and not fun at all. Overall expirience was bad. Will not recommend.
