This restaurant is poorly managed. Despite there being only a few customers, we had to wait 30 minutes. The staff seemed disorganized. I won't be returning to this location and recommend looking for a different place to eat.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for timely service.

There was a brief wait for our order, but it could have just been a busy time for them.

The floor inside is always wet, and the assistant manager has a really bad attitu... read more If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service is awful. The floor inside is always wet, and the assistant manager has a really bad attitude. When I arrived, the Latino assistant manager completely ignored me while I stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes. An employee from the back finally came to take my order. After that, I waited another 20 minutes. The assistant manager went around checking with other customers to see if they had received their orders and quickly handed them out. Finally, he asked me what I had ordered and told me it would be an additional 12-minute wait. At that point, I asked for a refund because I had enough. I contacted corporate immediately. As I was leaving, the assistant manager went outside to smoke a cigarette while still wearing the gloves he had on inside. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and the customer service is even worse! I will not be coming back.

I would have rated... read more It's KFC, so you know what you're getting. The chicken and food are satisfactory. I tried their new chicken sandwich, and it was pretty good. I would have rated it higher, but the credit card machine was not working, and they were only taking cash. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they got my order correct at the drive-thru, which was a definite advantage!
