However, today I was greeted by an older gentleman who might b... read more I stopped by to grab a couple of bagels, as this Dunkin' is usually my favorite spot in the area. However, today I was greeted by an older gentleman who might be the franchise owner. Unfortunately, he didn't have a friendly demeanor and made me feel like I was bothering him rather than a valued customer. This was my first experience with him, and I hope it will be the last. Usually, the staff here are friendly and helpful, so I may consider driving to another Dunkin' in the area next time.
