While the drive-thru experience was excellent, with energetic and efficient staff, the phone-in may need more attention. Despite some downsides, the food quality is generally good, especially the berry salad. Overall, Wendy's in Salmon Arm seems like a convenient and affordable option for a quick meal, especially for travelers looking for something fast on the go.
The restaurant was clean and tidy. The chicken fingers were not very good. The staff were being rude to each other which wasn't nice to see. It took a few minutes for the staff to calm down and service was then better.
Great food and value. Service has been up and down. Restaurant itself a bit outdated but we do enjoy the food here for the price. We come often!
The service is fast,they have a good mozzarella salad special on right now. Food is reasonably priced. They could do a better job of cleaning the bathrooms Or clean them more often.
Ok, so I don't make a habit of eating fast food, or even admitting to it, but this experience deserves a review. We pulled up to the drive through and the young guy taking orders was hilarious! He took our order with various hilarious accents, and then repeated it back to us with such energy, enthusiasm, and efficiency I was so impressed! The burger toppings were fresher than other Wendy's I've been to. What can I say? This was the fast food joint to pick on the highway out of town.
If you have a heart condition you need to pass on this Wendy's! The Hamburger was too SALTY, the Fries were too SALTY, even the Chicken Strips were too SALTY! We were very disappointed! PASS BY
