The staff isn’t very friendly and tends to rush you through the ordering process, even when the restaurant is mostly empty. It seems like they’re annoyed that you chose to come in. I’ve experienced this twice now. The salads are pretty average—nothing really impresses.
I often dine at this restaurant for their Cranberry Pesto Chicken Sandwich on sourdough bread. It’s truly delicious, especially when enjoyed with their homemade ranch dressing! I have never had any problems with the customer service; the staff is consistently friendly.
My wife absolutely loves their cranberry pesto sandwich and spicy tomato soup, and I've really enjoyed their quesadilla as well. I highly recommend this restaurant; the staff is fantastic!
Fast and friendly service every time I visit this location! It?s refreshing to see the staff always having a smile on their faces! Not too mention tasty food. Will be back!
I don?t ever give bad reviews. But the customer service here is very poor. I?ve been a few times now on my lunch and witnessed it even with other customers. My orders are never correct. And I find they give out smaller sized dressing for their salads thanother locations. Honestly I?ll make the extra drive to the Mission Chop leaf. Absolutely amazing staff very friendly andhelpful there and never had any problems with my order. Sadly I won?t be back to this location
