I have dabbled with Vietnamese from both Pho Song and this place for awhile now. They both have top notch pho soup broths, but Pho Phuong Hong really nails it on the spring rolls... they taste just like the ones I had in Vietnam! I was in love with this restaurant for several years. Then a few months ago, I fell out of love. The food, which had a wow factor before, became so-so. The service failed. I am looking for a different Vietnamese restaurant to call home, as Pho Phuong Hong has become Pho Phuong Wrong. Too bad, as it used to be amazing. View all feedback.
