Customers should be acknowledged within 5 minutes of entering a restaurant. Is the food here good? How would we know if we had to leave to go to a restaurant that has more proactive staff? This establishment could use a manager to make sure the staff is more attentive to their customers than their phones or napkin refills on empty tables or whatever other dilly-dallying was going on aside from attending to a family of hungry people. Hi, we 'll be right with you. Or can I get you started with any drinks? You know, standard restaurant interaction. Feeling invisible is a bad feeling for customers to have in an eatery of any kind. We gave them a solid 10 minutes and were barely handed menus. Better management needed.

The servers are always pleasant. I’ve enjoyed both dine-in and take out. I love many of the dishes but often go back for the poutine (so many options). The patio is dog-friendly, making Billy Miner a great place to have a beer and food after a walk in the local trails.

I had the daily soup and house salad for lunch. Seriously...best soup and salad I ever had. I was one in a group of 8. Everyone loved their lunch. Obviously the kitchen cares what they put out. MUCH appreciated !! ?

Pizza was terrible. Wasn't even cooked through and very soggy. But we waited for service for such a long time I didn't want to send it back or complain and then wait a long time again. The place was dead so I was a little confused. My partner use to come here a lot and was excited to take me but it was a complete miss. I would be happy to re-review and give it another chance if anyone reaches out as my partner was quite taken aback. Good beer selection though. Even though the single drink took a while to order and recieve.

Great pub I try to visit whenever I'm in the area. They have a wide variety of craft beers and decent kitchen items. Krista was our server, and she was very helpful and attentive. My only disappointment was NOT being able to get my growler refilled
