Sushi Tengu - Maple Ridge Canada

Not Just Another Sushi Place. They're one of the newer sushi places in town but Sushi Tengu offers arguably the best Japanese food in Maple Ridge. Interior decor is modern and clean, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Their special rolls exemplify some creativity with their sushi, but it doesn't stop there. The udon is fantastic and teriyaki combo is great as well. They even offer bottomless miso soup with some combos, which is a definite plus for a miso soup lover like myself. Service seems a bit awkward at times but they are polite and friendly. Definitely one of, if not the best Japanese restaurants in town.

Fabulous Food. There are about 6 sushi restaurants in very close proximity to this one, but Sushi Tengu is the best Japanese restaurant in the city hands down. The food is fresh and modern and every dish has a wonderful presentation. The chef sends out complimentary items while you wait and they are always delicious. Problem is, they aren't on the menu, so you can't get them again, they're just the chefs whim! They have a lovely, clean, modern restaurant and are family friendly. Their prices are very reasonable, and my family loves dining there. As a matter of fact, we're going tonight for a birthday supper!

Best sushi in town. The owner is also there every single day making sure everything is clean and the food is presented beautifully. Found this restaurant when it just opened and have been going there ever since.
