I order a mocha, which it tastes like a follower of a che... read more I give five stars for the sandwiches I like, that means I'm a little confused about the coffee drinks. I order a mocha, which it tastes like a follower of a cheery, with a Swiss-miss-coca package that is placed in it. but what is not terrible, I expect to be different. they only have an espresso machine or something. it won't stop me from going there, as I said, I enjoy the sandwiches very maybe I'll just be with coffee black next time.

I planned to meet a client there for a terrace meeting, but she couldn't make it, so... read more I had never visited Blackwater Coffee and Cafe despite living an hour away. I planned to meet a client there for a terrace meeting, but she couldn't make it, so I decided to grab a sandwich anyway. What I loved most was how safe I felt in the establishment. Given the ongoing COVID crisis, which has further impacted many local restaurants, they had everything perfectly organized. There was plenty of signage indicating that masks were required for ordering, leaving no chance for anyone to miss the instructions. The place was spotless, and the seating arrangements adhered to all the necessary guidelines. The customer service was excellent, and the Cuban sandwich I ordered was fantastic! The two employees were busy, yet they seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and maintained a positive attitude. I will definitely return, and I want to thank the staff for their hard work!

They handled my order efficiently and were very friendly and engaging—clearly well-trained. This was my first visit back to Maple Plain, and I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere inside the store. I will definitely be returning more frequently since I volunteer in Orono. A special shoutout to the barista, Sophia!

They played beautiful music but not so loud that i couldnt hold a conversation with my friend. It was perfect! This was the firsttime I've visited and was highly impressed, I will definitely go back.

We also enjoy their espresso drinks. My kids really enjoy their baked goods. I really appreciate their meeting room for smallgatherings. Overall a great place to get a bite to eat and enjoy time with friends and family.

I’m sorry but my first time visit there will be my last (unless I’m desperate). Went to the drive thru because it was cold out and was only passing through. I was surprised to find boba on their menu and decided to give it atry. We ordered a cappuccino and taro bubble tea. The Cappuccino came out basically as a latte, no foam at all. Anyone wouldknow the difference between a latte and a cappuccino; at least a trained barista. The Boba pearls was hard, barely cooked on theinside (Pearls should be chewy). The two girls working there when I came through did not give off a friendly vibe at alleither. Both seemed like teenagers who didn’t give a care about customer service. When taking my orders the one I was talkingto didn’t seem inviting and knowledgeable about the boba questions or helpful. We left disappointed and annoyed.
