Kendall is seriously a doll! She was so great. I only had a breif interaction with her as i picked up my mobile order but her customer service is A+! I got the catfish sandwhich which is soo yummy and crabtots which are good as well! My compliments to the chef! The actual resturant/bar was very clean and looked very nice. View all feedback.

$21????!!! the Salmon was clearly frozen and lacked the flavor that was promised from the description. The greenbeans were canned with a little seasoning, the Mac was ok at first bite but the liquid smoke that was add to something overwhelmed everything else. The quality is awful????. save your money and cook at home. The shrimp and chicken alfredo was just as bad with 3 cocktail shrimp and about 3oz of chicken, I wasn't sure if it was alfredo sauce or milk because it was lacking flavor!!!!! waste of ????.

I had my birthday party here back in March and I had a blast!. Staff was friendly, prompt and attentive...we turnt up!. And the food was good! Grown and sexy atmosphere ????????????
Came for linedancing and the food... Linedancing was great! Wish I could say the same for the food and dinning experience, which was an awful experience. When we came in, it didn 't seem too busy as it was only 2 other guest seated in the area we were in. We ordered drinks as we looked at the menu, which is a QR code you scan. The menu is hard to decipher and unorganized, there are specials on the menu that they do not honor, other items such as Easy living which was not so easy because it came with no description and the dinning staff had no knowledge as to what it was therefore going to the back and inquiring what it was. It took me 15min to get a drink, after asking twice about my drink, only to be asked what drink did you order again 5min later. Placed what I thought was a dine in order... 45min later I received an order in a Styrofoam box, no utensils. I ordered chicken and fries... IT WAS NOT CHICKEN IT WAS FISH! After an hour of placing our order my other party had not received their food nor an update about it, had to ask about it and was told the ticket got lost somehow . This is where the manager Tab entered the picture, when she was notified by the staff of the problem and asked to remove the items not received she blurted out I don 't have time for this then angrily stomped away. She was unapologetic nor sympathetic to the situation, but instead we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience for not receiving what we ordered. Came from Euclid for linedancing and the food, left hungry and feeling defeated.... Will not recommend, will not return.
I ordered 3 hard regular tacos and an order of fried green tomatoes via Door Dash. My son picked up my order and when he brought it to me, the tacos and tomatoes were cold and all in one box, which did not look appetizing (I should have taken a picture). Let me note that I only live five minutes from the restaurant. The tacos had slaw and what looked liked tomatoes (I say this because they were smushed and barely looked edible). I took a bite of one of the tacos in an attempt to just eat them but they did not taste good. I called Sylk's and the Manager on duty offered to replace the order while also advising me that they didn't sell hard tacos. Why is it offered via Door Dash then? She advised me to have my son bring the food back and they would remake it orders. I was a bit disappointed as there was no apology nor empathy given on the part of the Manager. Once my son bought my order back, the tacos looked better but still, not the quality that I expected. The beef on the tacos was crunchy, the lettuce was a little brown, there was more mush thrown on there (I supposed they were tomatoes), there was no sour cream, which was also offered on Door Dash and the fried green tomatoes had no seasoning/flavor. I am giving them a two star because I've received better service from Sylk's before and the order was replaced; however, I will not be patronizing this restaurant anytime in the near future as this experience was an absolute let down.
