Kendall is seriously a doll! She was so great. I only had a breif interaction with her as i picked up my mobile order but her customer service is A+! I got the catfish sandwhich which is soo yummy and crabtots which are good as well! My compliments to the chef! The actual resturant/bar was very clean and looked very nice. View all feedback.

$21????!!! the Salmon was clearly frozen and lacked the flavor that was promised from the description. The greenbeans were canned with a little seasoning, the Mac was ok at first bite but the liquid smoke that was add to something overwhelmed everything else. The quality is awful????. save your money and cook at home. The shrimp and chicken alfredo was just as bad with 3 cocktail shrimp and about 3oz of chicken, I wasn't sure if it was alfredo sauce or milk because it was lacking flavor!!!!! waste of ????.
Visited this venue on a Saturday around 7pm and to our delight walked in to live Jazz band. Cocktails were very delicious!
We attended the sweetest day event. It was wonderful except for the waitress that took care of us. She was unavailable to us most of the night and when I did stop her to clean the table and order more drinks, she said she had other tables to attend to. Very unprofessional. We had to go to the bar in the back for service which was very pleasant. Great show. Great food .
To whom it may concern, I recently visited Sam Sylks in Maple Heights, OH. I was waited on by Nisha. She had great customer service. My food was amazing. I can't wait to return soon request her!
So I'm normally go to other locations. But today I was in the Maple area so I tried the one over here at South Gate. Atmosphere was great but food not so much. I usually get the chicken and waffles and chicken was delicious but the waffle was dry and hard. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away so I couldn't enjoy my food.
I go on Monday and Wednesday for line dancing. It's so much fun. Eat drink and dance. I love it.
