Fat Cat Pizzeria Grill - Maple Heights

I am relieved that this restaurant is closed, or at least it appears to be closed. I drove by and was disappointed by the quality of the food. The salad I purchased had wilted and soggy lettuce on it. I do not compromise on the quality of food. It is hard to believe that this place was ever considered real because everything seemed off from the moment I arrived, but I wanted to give it a chance. The menu was nonexistent and the restaurant was not organized. The previous establishment was a lovely family-owned restaurant with a friendly owner and delicious fresh food. I hope that the next owner of this location will show some care and affection towards their customers. Hopefully, people can enjoy a nearby restaurant that is welcoming and serves delicious fresh food.

I thought the owner was extremely professional and very accommodating. It is clear that customer service is important to him. The pizza was amazing! My partner and I will definitely be returning and hoping that others support this business. Once again, the owner was fantastic! He single-handedly managed the work of five people.

I would give this restaurant a negative rating if possible. We chose to dine here, only 5 minutes away. We ordered a deep dish pizza but received three thin crusts stacked together and called it a deep dish. The sauce was terrible, tasting like ketchup would have been a better option. This was our worst experience at a pizza hut. They really need to improve their recipes.

I purchased some chicken and French Fries and they were really good! The bar b que sauce was amazing! Will definitely be back to try some other items on the menu.

0stars- This place is a JOKE. It will definitely be shut down once they PPP run out. GHETTO, and food is nasty. And the fact they have the nerve to come on here and try to argue back and forth with people truly shows how unprofessional and TRASH this establishment and its employees are. Dont waste your time, pizza hut is up the street.
