I typically order the Chicken Teriyaki with white rice, a side of Beijing Beef, and Sweetfire Chicken Breast with fried rice, along with another side of Beijing Beef. I also love to get a few orders of crab rangoon to dip in sweet and sour sauce. As always, the food was fantastic, and the staff was extremely courteous.

On the downside, the noise level inside was quite high, and the wait was a bit longer than I anticipated, but it didn’t really bother me too much.

It's not often that you walk into a restaurant and are greeted with a warm smile, asked how they can assist you, and sincerely asked about your day. He is a dedicated employee and an outstanding person. I was really impressed by both the food and the service, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you, Rocky, for everything you do to brighten our day. You are truly appreciated!

A staff member informed me that they were busy fulfilling a large online catering order and would assist the customers waiting in the lobby afterward. He mentioned it would only take about 10 minutes. I didn’t mind the wait since I was excited to try their new Beyond Meat orange chicken. However, my wait ended up being around 30 to 40 minutes. When I finally got to place my order, I was told that the Beyond Meat orange chicken wouldn’t be available until FRIDAY, despite being prominently advertised nationwide, featured on their website for online orders, and highlighted in every in-store promotion.

On... read more The staff should have informed us that the fried rice needed to be freshly prepared, but instead, we were served burnt leftovers from the bottom of the pan. On top of that, the teriyaki chicken came without any teriyaki sauce. Compared to other locations, especially in Maple Grove, this restaurant was a big letdown. I'm very disappointed!
