Today my fish was literally half the size of the bun and made me so angry that I will go to the Rogers location from now

When we received our food, my companion found that they had forgotten extra... read more Went through drive through to pick up a couple fish sandwiches with an older friend. When we received our food, my companion found that they had forgotten extra tartar sauce, which as happened before. She had to turn around and go back for it. When she was finally able to open her sandwich to eat, she found that it was half the size it normally is. We order this particular sandwich often, so we are very aware of the size. This was almost comparable to being broken in half. At this point, she is hungry and angry, and said she would let it go and just eat. But afterwards, she decided to go back a second time and say something to the employees. She was absolutely and totally dismissed, without even an apology. They simply did not care. At ten bucks per sandwich, that is ridiculous, and she will not be back.

The other day I asked for a rootbeer shake and the guy said we don 't have that anymore (even though I get it every time). I asked if they have vanilla ice cream and rootbeer. They said yes. Then I asked if I could have a vanilla shake, but add rootbeer to it. And he said he doesn 't think he can do that. I asked a different lady if I could get a rootbeer shake and she looked at me with a blank stare and said I don 't think we have that here . Are you kidding me?Then today I asked for a beef pot roast sandwhich with sourdough bread and the girl responded so you want a sourdough melt? No I want a pot roast sandwhich with sourdough bread. It doesn 't come with that . Right I want you to add it. So a sourdough melt? Noooo a beef pot roast sandwhich, sub sourdough bread. OH I think I got it .Then my girlfriend ordered from the guy next me and she wanted a small cup of the falcor of the day and he charged her for a medium mixer. He refused to changed it and Saif it was right. Obviously she didn 't get what she ordered lol.
