Caribou Coffee - Feedback

What Belle Gleason likes about Caribou Coffee:
Came to Caribou Coffee a while back and got a Vanilla Latte, got one again at this Caribou Coffee and was just as good- if not better. Love how the latte tastes here. It may not be a Starbucks but it definitely should be as popular as one. I went to the store, the lady with two rolls refused to help me when I was waiting. She just saw me and gave me a ugly look and went away. So I had to wait for the young Mexican lady with short hair to help me with my order. The young lady made other drinks while she was back with two rolls and was on her phone.
