Burger King - Maple Grove

If they want a constant waiting time and still get their order wrong, this is the place for them 3 from the last 4 times that I have been to this place. I'm just taking care of myself by going back.

Clean. faster service. very noisy obnoxious customers in the es pane, but this is not their fault. Although it would have been nice if a manager would ask her to calm down.

Waiting for food after 35 minutes, dozens of people have pulled out of the car thru. the staff is great! they just need help.

Love the service we got while we stopped in to grab something to eat, Saturday evening Nov. 10th. The young lady at the register was very polite and very friendly. The other lady at the counter was very friendly as well. They both enjoyed my 3 year old and made our time extremely pleasurable. We be will back for sure. Thank you for the level of service we received

It is shocking for me how much burger king has lost in terms of quality and customer service in the course of the years. while their competitors (mcdonald’s, wendy’s, hardee’s, etc). you are playing continuously, seems to be burger king on a long downslide where no one cares about eating or the customers. food quality is bad, often cold, served packed sloppily. it seems to be a chain-wide problem, and the only reason why I've ever visited more is if it's the only convenient choice. To be honest, I should just give up and go somewhere else. every time I eat there, I usually throw away half my lunch and feel like I was wasting my money. I really like her soft serving cream, though. I think it is better than most other competitors, although no one seems to know more how to make a good cone. it seems in the rule in these days to be a piece of ice in any random form on a cone, in contrast to something that looks quite like it at dairy queen, mcdonald’s, etc.
