The Brick And Barrel - Maple Glen

Been to Brick and Barrel many times before. First time going back since the tornado. Was really disappointed. Ordered a beer and glass of wine after looking at the happy hour menu. The bartender didn’t tell us was the the glass of wine that my wife ordered was not included in the happy hour special and she also automatically gave her the most expensive wine without asking. My draught beer was also not part of the happy hour specials. We went in for some happy hour special and ended up paying $24 for a beer and glass of wine.

There seems to be a lot of mixed reviews, but I had an explosion with my friends here. we went to a Wednesday when Quiz night happened (we didn't take part, but next time) so it was pretty crowded. it was a little hard to hear each other, but it is a taphouse so to expect. I wish they played a whole song in the night we went there. out of any reason they played about 60 seconds and jumped it to the next? and the song had no thema with it so it felt as if someone simply confused by someone's playlist. the service was excellent. I forgot the names of our server, but it was lovely. the drinks were also quite strong during the happy hour. we order a bundle of little dressed (margherita pizza, brussel sprouts, truffledries and wings) to share and they were all good. Nothing was standing out, but brick barrel would be a place where I would come back.

Great drink menu and a incredible bartender. With a laugh and smile that comes perfect with her service. If you have a chance go on a Saturday and enjoy what a bartender should be . thanks for them great and memorable service.

Ordered delivery of what seemed a great place with solid selection. I don't know if it's customary for them, but the day we ordered that the food is not fresh. the noodles seemed to be warmed again and the bun seemed not fresh. we ate it anyway and suffered the consequences. I just called them to inform the others and was asked to call them back. the next day was retrieved and retrieved. I think this type of dingen can happen, but if a customer asks to inform a restaurant about fresh problems that caused health problems, they should act with a greater sense of urgency. but make sure these things happen.

Service was good. Only reason I gave it two stars. Food was poor at best. Had a chicken wrap. Chicken was burnt and I actually bit into a small bone. Will not be back
