Nice place, friendly staff and great pizza! A must if you love thin crust pizza. We enjoyed a nice glass of Cabernet, tasty salmon with veggies and a cheese thin crust pizza with black olives. Definitely a place to visit again and again. View all feedback.

Went here for a friend's birthday, and had an....interesting experience? The food took over an hour to come, orders were wrong, and no reason was given for the mistakes that were made or the delay, other than essentially, there were other tables whose food were higher priority. Very good food and outstanding
Excellent Italian restaurant with delicious food and a cozy setting. You can have your dinner and a glass of wine on their very comfortable outside seating area. The server was extremely kind and helpful, and the service was wonderful, although there was a mistake in the order that was soon corrected, and the tables outdoors need to be carefully cleaned each morning. However, each dish we tried was quite tasty, so we will most certainly return.
Good experience... ordered from the lunch menu. Chicken Parm sandwich hit the spot. Came with a side salad that for a dollar was upgraded to a Caesar. Our host checked in regularly and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. He was even able to meet a custom order of garlic bread. Price was fair for what we got. Restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere. I'll try the pizza next time I'm in for a visit.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options on the menuParking: Parked in front...mid afternoon visit...no issues with finding a spot. May be a different story at busier times.Kid-friendliness: Lot's of seating... it's a family restaurant. Table options include larger ones for bigger groups or smaller options for smaller parties.
Great food and atmosphere.
Very disappointing. At one point we were regular customers of 9 Baci. Though the previous management was a bit eccentric the food was aways excellent. When we saw that there was new management we were very happy to try 9 Baci again. Unfortunately our experience was far from good. When we arrived we were cheerfully greeted promptly. That's was the best part of our experience. Our server seemed like they didn't want to be there and not particularly interested in any questions, but took our orders. Also a few tables over there was group of upset people and a staff member trying to defuse the situation. Our appetizers arrived and they were just OK. The people at the other table left and you could tell they were not satisfied with the situation. When our entrees arrived they were both cold and bland. At that point we just ate them anyway and opted not to order desserts. If this is an example of the new management it definitely needs a lot of work. As there are many very good Italian restaurants in the area I would suggest choosing one of them instead of going here.

Always beautiful to feel that restaurants are grateful that people come out in these difficult times. from the moment when the phone was answered to leave, we felt appreciated and full. delicious pizza and pasta. beautiful outside terrace. wine card and drink card was. very cheap. not as in the inner city of toronto. the waiter was attentive. will go back.
This is our neighborhood go-to-Italian restaurant! the calamari and the arugula prosciutto salat to die! absolutely to die for....staff are amazing! always for reservations! alla salute!
A resident of vaughan since enjoying many local restaurants over the years. happy that I found this place. excellent eating, reasonable portions and attentive staff. great espresso too. a real gem.
