This cozy little restaurant is a gem for a small town. The food was outstanding; I had the fluffiest waffle I've ever tasted—way better than anything at Waffle House. The Taco Omelette was incredible; I never would have imagined that those flavors would pair so well, but it was fantastic. The service was excellent, and the coffee was superb. I visited Gulf Station Cafe after hearing wonderful recommendations from friends and family. I ordered the patty melt with Philly cheese, and it was delicious! The staff was extremely friendly. My only concerns are that I would like to see more healthy options on the menu and that I wish the patty melt wasn't made with rye bread. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
We had a late lunch and it was different from what I initially wanted as well as what the woman wanted. However, we ended up ordering something else, and it was really good.
