Sonic Drive-in - Manvel

Drive thru service is awful. The window is extremely dark and it’s scary. A man was parked in a white car just staring at window and customers that were driving up. Second the staff didn’t give correct order. Lastly sonic blasts were made up of pure ice cream and a small topping on top. Not what is advertised.

I didn't have one of my sides in the bag when I got home, I called and let them know and the Manager Vallerie didnt question me and was very kind said I could come back and get them another day and gave me a free drink as well. It was a small gesture that meant alot to someone that was having a bad day already. I don't Usually leave good reviews this is rare for me ?

Ordered food, had to press the order button twice before someone came on to take my order. Then waited twenty minutes for one food item and two drinks, ultimately left without anything.

Would give you zero stars if possible.You have a name and number to call on the slot video screen it’s not working.Order ahead on the app. Get to location check in. Name is on the board. Waited 10 minutes hit red button they had no order for us. Will be right out. Never came out. Re called 2 times they finally came out with no a coke drink not sure what it was or what was in it. This place is horrible won’t be back. Already we do not order food at so nice due to very poor quality and enormous amount of time required.

Your drinks were terrible the cherry limeade taste like it was mildew y'all have really went down on food and drinks I used to love to come here and eat but now I've got second thoughts
