I'm a local at this bar and normally happy with the service here but Thursday night the bar lady was so rude and inconsiderate to a group of us locals that it is not acceptable. We drunk here as a group for a number of hours and moved from inside the bar to the garden bar. Here we put our own music on and carried on enjoying the evening. Pathetic service. Crew need education on customer service and the way to talk to people. No respect.
