The fish and chips here are really good, and you get a lot of food for a decent price. The fish is crispy and tasty, and the chips are perfectly cooked. The potato fritter has a nice crunch, and the cheeseburgers are top-notch. The only downside is that the egg burgers were a bit runny, which made the bottom bun soggy. The best battered hoki I've had in a very long time. if it's frozen as others have commented then it fooled me. they had been light on the fries in the past but just had good portions of everything. i would definitely order from here again.
Our local fish and chips has new owners and man they can cook good fish and chips, food taste fresh, awesome to see raw fish on the menu too, got a egg burger and egg was cooked perfectly nice and runny and the combos are good quantity for your money
Chips were cooked to perfection, and when busy, they didn't let the quality slip.
10/10 outstanding. Talk about value for money... I just had the best fish I have ever had. EVER. Nothing can compare to how AMAZING that fish and chips was. Definitely best in Manurewa, maybe even Auckland.
Updated review 6/10/22:new owners started out OK, now A+, beautiful fish and chips, great service, shop is looking really good too, well done, for those who complained when they had just taken over, come on. A few years ago I gave them 4.Stars Changed to 5 stars. Real Good fish and chips
