We didn 't book, but we found a table for four. We ordered three starters: tortelli with sage butter, risotto alla pilota, and risotto with pumpkin and sausage. They were all really good. For the main course, the stew with polenta was truly sublime. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they had participated in Borghese 's 4 Ristoranti program a few years ago. The four of us spent a total of €110, not including dessert and wine, which we didn 't order. We absolutely must return if we 're passing through Mantua.
