They have changed the menu and remov... read more Unfortunately, I feel that this restaurant has significantly declined since I wrote my initial review about four years ago. They have changed the menu and removed three of my favorite dishes. I wish they'd bring back the stuffed long hots, vinegar chicken, and wings scarpariello. The servers now seem indifferent. I truly love this place, and I hope they take this feedback to heart and make an effort to improve.

During our visit, there was a band playing (not sure if that's a regular occurrence), and they were extremely loud. It was so noisy that it was nearly impossible to have a conversation with our dinner party. Although we were dining late, we weren't the only ones in the restaurant at that time. As we left, we noticed there was a back dining room area with doors that could block out the music and the noise from sports fans. Overall, we plan to return, but next time we will opt for the back room, especially if there’s a major sporting event or live music happening. It’s definitely worth trying!

The restrooms w... read more The service was incredibly disappointing; we waited two hours for our food. We had to ask four times for silverware before finally receiving it. The restrooms were in terrible condition, reminiscent of a porta potty at a rock concert. The staff, including managers, waitresses, and busboys, displayed a snobby, lazy, and disrespectful attitude. We were rushed out of our seats for a live performance, and it was frustrating to hear complaints from other patrons, even though the hostess had seated us. Some guests questioned the managers about why we were still at our table, incorrectly claiming we were lingering, when in fact, we were just waiting for our food. The chaotic atmosphere, with rowdy individuals even being sick in the bathroom, did nothing to compensate for the mediocre food. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The Clas Ebby is absolutely wonderful, and I really enjoy the Ebby salad as well. Their entrees are unique and delicious. Both visits, we were too full for dessert, but I'm sure those are great too. The servers were very friendly and helpful each time. We will definitely return whenever we are in the area!
