What Waldo Friesen likes about Top China:
Good food, decent prices with most friendly service, but it is a typical strip mall Chinese restaurant. I cannot confirm the review debate about the delivery or not, as I said inside. I will say that our order was prepared while we waited what I enjoyed the freshness of the aromas of Moo shu pork cabbage and pork. View all feedback.
