They had my 1st order in the back. Refunded me and they kept the double tip. I think it's some type of scam.

We had a buffalo chicken melted sandwich and a pizza sandwich and the pizza one was much better. The French onion soup was alright, certainly not a traditional one with cheese on top but the broth was similar. The chili was good. I have been to Panera before and had remembered it to be better but it wasn't bad
