We both had the BBQ Chicken Salad. I was very please to see the BBQ Chicken Salad, which they recently brought back on menu. It was my favorite salad before they removed it. What Dahlia Macciocchi doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Order was wrong, only 8 out of 13 bagels were correct and half weren?t sliced as requested. Bagels were also old I believe because they were ROCK HARD!! Called in and was told that they ?were training new people?. I would highly recommend a seasonedworker check their work before delivery. My order was incorrect; only 8 out of the 13 bagels I received were the right ones, and half of them weren’t sliced as I requested. The bagels seemed old because they were rock hard! I called the restaurant and was informed that they were "training new staff." I strongly suggest that a more experienced worker reviews the orders before they are sent out. I'm very disappointed with this location, and sadly, this isn’t the first time I've had issues.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for two toasted and sliced bagels, only to be informed when we checked on our order that it wasn’t in their system. After that, we had to wait an additional 7 minutes. The staff didn’t seem to care and took their time with everything. It's clear that employee training is needed, especially in customer service, as one negative encounter can significantly impact a business. I’m willing to give it another chance in about six months.
I went in for lunch but was put off by the pastries that had flies on them. Prices have really increased while the portion sizes have decreased. To top it all off, the staff member wouldn't even provide a to-go box, insisting on giving me just a piece of parchment paper instead. Because of this experience, I doubt I'll return to Panera again.
I asked for 3 broccoli cheddar soups and I was given 1. I also asked for 2 apple juice boxes and was given 1. I should have looked through my order before taken off but I was in a rush. . And hopefully next time there's a little bit less of anattitude..
Outstanding service by Alexis, and Evelyn . They greeted me as I walked in and I really appreciate the work they did to get my order done fast. My bagels were nicely cut and bagged properly. Moreover, the cream cheese was fresh. The store was clean andwelcoming .
