Jamba Juice - Manteca

Janessa is by far thee worst employee I ever had the unfortunate opportunity of encountering. Not only did she not know that Jamba Juice had turmeric but she also actively fought back even after when we told her that we always get our smoothies with it.After calling for Eduardo (the only positive employee that we dealt with) he explained to her that unsurprisingly they did haveturmeric. Assumedly after they felt some type of way they absolutely over filled my Orange C Booster to the point that they hadto add liquids just to get it to blend. Upon seeing and tasting it, it only confirmed my suspicion that the only thing I couldtaste was the turmeric. Upon returning for a refund and complaining, Janessa felt that it was appropriate to make some commentsto the 3rd worker there (name unknown) and hide while laughing at us. Maybe work on your respect and service more than makingsideways comments in clear few of customers. I will be never returning to this location ever again.

I went to this Jamba Juice located on Hulsey Way 2 days ago and I got the White Gummi and I was helped by Nevaeh and she was super welcoming and sweet. This is the first time i?ve felt very comfortable and welcomed, walking into a store in a while!Their cleanliness is really good as well as their costumer service. I will be coming back again soon! :

Definitely a great stop when you aren't in the mood for coffee or other caffeinated beverages. They also have some great food options like their new pretzel the sweet and the savory and a new cheddar twist pastry that looks good. Our usual drinks are theCaribbean passion, orange dream machine, peach pleasure, and the white gummy! If you want something more indulgent and sweet trythe peanut butter or chocolate moo'd drinks they hit the spot for a sweet tooth!

Always great customer service here!! Today I showed up for an online order made by someone else, turns out it was placed at another Jamba Juice across town. Without hesitation they said no worries and they?d make it there! Cannot overstate how much Iappreciated being saved the extra trip across town. Definitely recommend coming here.
