The only sq... read more Fresh, homemade tasting of Italian cuisine with a focus on seafood, pastage and risottos. Good God, my mouth is just a hint. Then there's the pizza. The only square crunchy thin slice in Manta for a while until the owners ex brother in law took his dough recipe and began his own version of it. Also good, but nothing like the original. The owner and chef Rafael spent years of work and learning in Venice Italy and he brings this knowledge in one hand to experience in contrast to everything I have seen. Spear fishing for his own octopus and catch his own seafood... then return to the restaurant for his team and cook him. Very recommended. An experience safe. Order also the Sangria!
