The food and service from Avi, Joào and the team is incomparable. The ribs and chicken are to die for but there are so many items on the menu to try. The bitterballen are superb, the garlic mushrooms are mmmmmmm as are all the side dips and sauces but the outstanding food, service, and friendliness AND advice ‘don’t try the XL ribs unless you really are hungry’! make this a place to visit but not just once! Quality and price 10/10. You will not be disappointed

My wife had scampi and chips which were good, but a bit heavy on the batter with quite small shrimp inside. I will say the portions were generous and the prices very reasonable. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I will definitely return next time I'm in Manta Rota and maybe try the burgers or ribs, which seem to have rave reviews. Food is ve... read more Visited Mars Bar in Manta Rota numerous times over the past 8 years with husband, friends, and family. Friendly atmosphere, Staff attentive friendly. Food is very good, we especially like the Ribs and Chicken Kebab, salad, with peanut satay sauce, Garlic Mayonnaise our favourite, and very popular, salads are good too .Drinks reasonable price. Recommend booking a table in high season, especially for a special occasion, popular place, can get busy. Adequate Seating inside and outside, there is a small free car park on the corner a few door down, nearby, we usually get a space, or side street parking. Look forward to our next visit.
