Some Whataburger locations have become less than what they should be. This one however has been very consistent with quality employees and friendliness. What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
I don't know, but I tried to order from here three times, each time as disappointing as the last. Last night was the worst bc when I took a bite of the burger, I could feel all the small pieces of Gristle and Fat everywhere in my mouth afterwards. I can't understand the appeal of this place for my life. It is only low quality, cheap ingredients are passed on as “fresh” to justify the ridiculously long waiting times b... View all feedback.

We arrived at the drive thru at 10 pm with maybe 6 cars in front of us. It is NOW 11 pm and we are still not at the window for our food and that’s because a car left as soon as it was able to ESCAPE! My kids have fallen asleep. What in the world is going on with this location. While in line i checked online reviews and the complaint was all about wait times. At this point I would much rather drive the extra 15 minutes to an efficient location. If this is going to continue to be an issue the drive thru lanes need to be modified so that people can leave if necessary. Instead people are literally TRAPPED! I considered calling 911 to report that I was trapped and needed help being freed because at one point in time I was being held there against my will. Finally received our food AND it’s COLD! No fresh fries, they are stale and at this point I’m not even sure if they were fried. What a waste of time, money, and gas. This has been the most disappointing visit in my 39 years of life! Never AGAIN! I will advise anybody I know to not go to this location if they value their time. I would love to provide a receipt but they did not give us one.
4:00 pm Friday drive through Only 3 cars ahead of us Took 10 minutes before they took our order Then another 15 minutes to get 1 cheeseburger combo This place is a joke, always understaffed with incompetent staff. What a waste of time! The owner needs a wake up call.
Wait 25 minutes for my order to go... get fries that are steamin hot fresh off the fryer... go to eat burger and its colder than my soul! Guess it was sittin up there the whole 25 minutes i was waiting on it. Shame
BEWARE! We keep you hostage in the car thru. There's no way out. Once you order, you cannot go! Earlier times have ordered 20 minutes for an individual. BEWARE! This time it took 30 minutes. Be aware. If you are hungry or in a hurry, this is not the place for you.
