Easy to get to with two drive thru lanes for ordering. Relatively fast service but it can slow down during lunch/dinner rushes. Accuracy of order has been very high and food quality is good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Extremely slow with only 3 cars in the line. I messed up my whole order. Said the machine was broken when I was asked for a receipt and the phone didn't answer when I called back to tell them that my order was wrong. Wouldn't recommend, at this Wendy's go a few more exits to Camp Wisdom. Never had problems with them View all feedback.
All we got was a drink. Handed the cashier a $20 tried to give her change so we could just get bills back. The other.worker had to tell the cashier to turn around. Then she didn't give us all our money and still shorted us a dollar. All she did was laugh.Service: 1/5
All the time your food is ready in a few minutes.. good quality.
This is by far the worst Wendys. The employees doesn’t practice good food safety procedures and when brought to the manager, she still didn’t ask the employee to wash his hands or put on gloves. The store needs to be retrained on food safety and hand washing procedures.Food: 1/5
Mold spores on food:Ordered Wendy's through UberEats on the night of Saturday 7/8/23. The food was delivered and when I unpackaged the food, I found mold spores on the bottom bun of my Classic Chicken sandwich. I cannot understand how anyone in the kitchen could have missed it. I took pictures as well. I sent in a complaint to corporate and was refunded for my meal a few days later.The support I received was fairly quick but still not an excuse for mold spores on food. Truly disappointed.
