Wendy's - Mansfield

Wendy's in Galion is better than the one on Lexington Ave we waited so long for them to tell me they were out of frostys so I went to the one close to my place

I love this store. They are so friendly, and fast. I have never gotten a wrong order. I appreciate this store so much.

They are constantly out of great things that they should have, all they had tonight was chicken sandwiches and nuggets, no fries no burgers no side. Last time I went through, they didn't have a ranch, no chili season. whattttt gets going on here?! it's always something the other sweets in the city don't seem to have a problem holding food on camp.

I was doing a GrubHub order and I had to wait for 15 minutes for the food cuz they couldn't speed it up and when I went to go place in my own personal order the manager walked away from the register to answer a phone call and was gone for about 2 minutes and like three people behind me started coming in so I think they just need to get their s together

The order was all wrong. No receipt was given w my card. In a few minutes we called a nd they said come back for a replacement. When I went back not even a half hour later, they refused to replace it bc it wasn't written in the book and the person had left.Food: 1/5
