Stowe Cantina - Mansfield

We had an amazing dining experience here! From the moment we arrived, the staff and bartender greeted us with such warmth. They even crafted a custom mezcal margarita for my husband upon request! We enjoyed dumplings, tacos, and a ramen bowl, and we couldn't have been more pleased with both the service and the flavors. Everything was delicious, fresh, and unique. This restaurant offers a refreshing change from the usual burgers and pizza found in Stowe, with its delightful blend of Mexican and Asian cuisine. We can't wait to return!

You absolutely must try this place; it’s fantastic! Without a doubt, it’s one of the best spots in Stowe. The quality of the food will truly amaze you! The chef is an artist who skillfully blends Latin and Asian flavors, offering a truly delightful experience. The food and drinks here are unmatched in Stowe! The cocktails are out of this world, paired with dishes that will take your taste buds on a thrilling journey. Wow!

Without a doubt, this is the best Mexican food in Stowe! I also really love their margaritas.

If you are looking for a fantastic cocktail, the drinks are certified here *FRESH* and so delicious, my favourite! The fusion food on the menu is really fun definitely recommend the bulgogi tacos (amen!! I can't wait to return to a happy hour soon. Great supplement to Stowe!

Stopped in on a whim — this place is phenomenal! What an unexpected find. Everything we ordered was fantastic. We started with the crab beignets which were to die for (loaded with crab)! We followed with the tan sao cauliflower, also unreal. Most impressive was the bartender, Ottis (possibly the best in town). He was so incredibly kind, attentive and entertaining. Ask him for recommendations, boy does he know the menu! This might be our new favorite place in Stowe.
