Qdoba Mexican Eats - Mansfield

Quick, clean and delicious! Best bang for your buck around here for this type of food. The food was very tasty, fresh and satisfying. I'll be going here instead of Chipotle from now on for sure.

My partner and I entered the restaurant and waited while the three staff members attended to online orders. It took a long time for them to acknowledge us. They started working on my partner's order first, paused halfway to help with other online orders, then returned to finish. When it was my turn, they went back to online orders while I stood waiting. The man started preparing my order and carelessly threw the chicken onto the burrito, causing most of it to fall onto the counter and aluminum, leaving only 3 pieces on my food. He handed it off to someone else and then placed another online order in front of mine, even though my order was there waiting. We felt ignored by the staff and I ended up taking home a rice burrito because they did not prioritize the customers in the store.

I was extremely frustrated with this restaurant today when I was getting food for my wife and myself. I asked the cashier if they offered a military discount and she was very rude to me in response. I had to quickly walk away to avoid losing my temper. This was the worst service I have ever experienced here!!!!

I am pleased that Qdoba now has a specific vegan option on their menu! The quality of the food is comparable to other similar restaurants, which is perfectly fine. It's always a popular choice when I need a quick meal for the family.

I placed an online order that was picked up by someone else. I ordered a southwest steak burrito with a side of guac and chips. I received a burrito with only white rice, whole black beans, and dry corn chip strips. Meat was on the side because they couldn?t tell from the jammed receipt what I ordered. I tried to get a refund over the phone and can?t-so I?m stuck with a bone dry burrito and can?t even get the $5 back I paid for the tiny guac/chips.
