Qdoba Mexican Eats - Mansfield

Went to the Mansfield crossing site. Good was good, not authentic Mexican food but the portions and price were decent. Basically a Mexican subway. You go down the line and pick your toppings

Portion size and price don’t match. Charge less or fill the bowls more. The queso is probably why I keep going back to be honest. I think I got 6 pieces of meat in my whole bowl. Lol

The food is great but the service needs work. The employees act like they have somewhere to be and make you feel rushed. I get that everyone wants fast service, but if you say you want a burrito bowl that is on the menu they will slap it all together before you can even say I don 't like pico de gallo, can i go with hot salsa instead . And then you feel bad asking them to scrape it off. I 'll be sure to mention make my own burrito bowl next time, because if you don 't stop them it will materialize in front of you before you even notice. And that 's the thing, they don 't want you to make your own because it slows the process down. I was anticipating the normal questions like black or pinto, white or brown rice, but that didn 't happen today and I got about half the choices I would usually pick. Again, I should have just said make my own but they are on a mission to get you out of there. 3/5.

Mediocrity at its average. The food hasnt changed. Pretty good overall, but not the best burrito chain. The service left me scratching my head. The cashier was horribly inefficient and slow. But instead of helping him, the line burrito makers kept taking orders. I was standing by the tortilla heater and having to shout down my salsa and cheese concurrence. As it was, i missed on the extra hot salsa because the server only asked, mild, medium, hot? So i thought they got rid of the habanero. With Chipotle right across the street, one would expect better.

Service was good. Food was good. But serving portion was very small. Had 7 strips of lettuce no cheese (and requested it). Got the bowl and it was half full. Also ordered burrito, which was OK. For the price, serving sizes need to be larger. Cost went up and serving sizes significantly decreased,
