Panera Bread - Mansfield

I love this place, soups are amazing, my kids love the bread bowl soup. If you are a bread fan, try the Asiago cheese bagel. The one thing I wish they can improve is their coffee, it is too light and almost tasteless! No wonder they started the $9/month coffee rewards program, it is not worth it!

Ive always loved Panera, but this experience was particularly disappointing. This time, all my food came out cold, lukewarm at best. I have to assume the practices or recipes were changed due to covid. I genuinely love the atmosphere, and the staff are all so kind and helpful.

The guy at the expo line was super nice and gave me and my mom free samples.

I often went through this place and tried, but I will continue to drive past them My experience was 23 minutes waiting from the MENU BOARD! for a 9.95 tuna sandwich on cold hard Stale bread. You got me, but never again.

Do Not Deliver!! Delivery is through a 3rd party!!! I feel if a customer orders through your Ap and the order is wrong or drinks aren’t delivered .. that Panera should be responsible for any issues just not have the Manager Alex tell me I have to contact Door Dash for my missing items??????? Then tells me I can come up there to get my missing drink!!!!! If I’m paying extra to have this delivered that pretty much tells you that I don’t want to drive up to your restaurant!!!!
