Mexican Inn Cafe - Mansfield

The food was fresh and delicious at this restaurant. Our server Rachelle was very pleasant. The chips and queso were tasty, and my favorite chicken tortilla soup was also delicious. I am picky about tortilla soup, and this one was one of the best I've had. It had been a few years since my last visit, and I was impressed with the remodel - it looks great!

I will definitely be ordering the Smothered Brisket Burrito again! The chips, salsa, and queso were all delicious. I can't wait to try more dishes on the menu.

I felt a bit rushed upon entering and had to wait for a table. The guacamole was a bit brown. The rest of the food was decent, and the service was friendly.

We have group that meets here every couple of months. Eric is great to accommodate us. Wait staff is wonderful! We had Haley tonight! She was fabulous! Thank you!!!

Love the fresh tortillas and the fajitas. Always friendly and always room.
