I put in a curbside order, but my app froze on the terms of service! I still can’t get past the agreement page. I called, and Veronica picked up. She was so patient and heard me out and told me she didn’t get the order on her end, but walked me through to try and find a confirmation email. Got in line at 10:25 got to order screen at 10:31 was denied breakfast menu explained I was waiting in line “no breakfast now” which she told me for repetition terrible customer service View all feedback.
Best McDonald's I've been to in a while! Requested my mcchickens fresh and they made then fresh!

I didn’t get one, but she assured me of it did go through, it will be refunded and I can go ahead and go through the drive through. Her patience early in the morning was wonderful and my order was perfect with an extra hash brown. Shoutout to the great customer service!! Thank you Veronica!!!
This is the 2nd week in a row I orded the great breakfast with hot cakes and she forgot the hot cakes
