Today was my dad's funeral, and one of his favorite restaurants was this place. After the service, several family members gathered to eat here. Although they were caught off guard by our large group, the staff worked hard to accommodate us, and both the service and the food were exceptional. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team for taking care of my dad over the years and for looking after our family on such a difficult day. Great job to the servers and cooks!

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful.

I absolutely adore the plain cheeseburger with extra cheese—it's fantastic! The chef salad with ranch dressing is also incredible; I can't get enough of it!

I dined at this restaurant just once, and it was the worst experience I've had at any restaurant in Arkansas. As someone from the North, I find that I don't enjoy many places in and around Fort Smith, while Northwest Arkansas has plenty of excellent options. I wonder why that is. It seems that people in my area are easily pleased and tend to favor restaurants that aren't particularly good. I really wish there were more choices available, but I definitely won't be returning to Joyce's. Keep moving forward!
