Went and... read more I rarely give one star reviews but this one is necessary. Tried to eat here today. Walked up to the window and ordered a chicken salad sandwich to go. Went and used the restroom. Came back to the window and the guy told me it would be about 5 minutes. After watching the girl, Victoria, who was supposed to be making my sandwich play on her phone for another 3 or 4 minutes I asked for my money back and left. She told me she was talking to her boss. I don’t care who you’re talking too! You have customers waiting for food!

Did an online order, got there 10 min after it said it would be done, and food is still not done..... read more Gave this place a second chance after some not so great food. Did an online order, got there 10 min after it said it would be done, and food is still not done..took another 15 minutes or so. The girl at the window told me they're out of something we ordered, so we swap. Get our food, missing all sauces, including the extra sauce I paid for. Ordered a combo, but only got the entree. Looked right at a girl inside cursing while working. This place used to be so good, but I wouldn't recommend it anymore.

Food was better than expected with yummy onion rings and great philly chicken which came with onions, pepper, mushrooms, and cheese with thin shaved chicken good flavor and nicely cooked. Being from the Philly region, this is a compliment. Stay away from the collards, they had no flavor and were bitter and chewy.

With several people seated at the bar, the only table occupants departed just as we entered and another couple came in behind us. Nadia (per receipt) took our orders, and then the wait began. During the wait we tried keeping the flies away. Our food finally arrived with the only utensil being supplied was the spoon in my stew. I also used it for my slaw and the other three had finger food I guess as they got NO utensils! Surprisingly, the food did have good flavor and the onion rings were better than average. For drink refills I had to walk to the counter, Styrofoam cups in hand, and ask for refills. By the decor and overall impression I surmised this place only comes alive at night when the bar really gets to serving. I wonder if the flies boogie to the music?

Not to mention that not once did I see a table be sanitized when customers left, salt/pepper shakers on the table with plastic menus as well, ketchup bottles were brought to the tables then returned behind the bar without being sanitized. Not one server wore a mask as well. This place doesn’t deserve fro stay open if they cannot take better care of their patrons.
