What Afton Franecki doesn't like about Einstein Bros Bagels:
I would not recommend coming to this restaurant if you are expecting to receive your specific order. It seems that they often do not pay attention to the details and just put whatever they want in the bag. I consistently order a turkey sandwich without tomato and an apple cinnamon bagel with honey almonds, but they always manage to make a mistake. Sometimes they forget the turkey altogether or put tomatoes on it. Tod... View all feedback.

The service is always great! The Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee is so good! Prices are really good. I always get the ancient grain or Honey whole wheat bagel, I usually get the tasty turkey at lunch and the turkey sausage and cheddar for breakfast.
They were amazing today!! Was craving an Asiago bagel so I got that then a box full of bagels and it was my first time there and they were closing soon they gave me more bagels to take home! Thank you very much for being here!!
Seems like the food we ordered was good and tasty. The coffee was great. My only real downer is the breakfast burritos are 'pre-made ' and don 't taste as fresh as they could be. You can not request a fresh one nor can you have an ingredient be removed if you don 't care for that in the product. It left me unable to order anything to eat for one of my family members due to medical diet reasons. Unfortunate.
Today, I received a completely different breakfast sandwich. As someone who works in the food industry, I understand that mistakes happen, but it should not be difficult to make a sandwich correctly and put it in a bag, especially when they have the order ticket in front of them. Hopefully, they can improve their attention to detail in the future.
