Domino's Pizza - Mansfield

The General Manager at Will's in Mansfield, Massachusetts provides excellent food, prompt service, and is very polite. He is doing a fantastic job and it appears he always has everything under control. Thank you and best of luck.

I placed an order at 7:38 pm and continued to check on the status of my order. It didn't go into the oven until 9 pm and the estimated time of arrival was 10:10 pm, nearly 2 hours after placing my order.

This is the worst takeout/delivery service I have ever experienced. My first order was completely wrong, as I did not receive any of the items I had ordered. When I called to inform them of the mistake, the person on the phone simply said they would send it out again next time they had a driver available. When I asked for an estimated time of arrival, they hung up on me. The second delivery was also incorrect, with half of my items missing. I should have trusted the negative reviews and avoided ordering from this place. I am puzzled as to how this establishment remains in business.

I normally don't write reviews, but my order took 2 hours and 10 minutes to be delivered. They completely messed up my order, it was all wrong. I understand they may have only had one driver, but seriously?

Restaurants like this one are often hit or miss, but this place is excellent. The food and service are consistently good, and we have never had any issues with our orders. We dine here about twice a month and always have a great experience.
