Dan Lew Exchange - Mansfield

I waited for weeks for this dinner with my cousin. Today came and I was SUPER hype about going to eat here.When I walked in I stood there for a while because there was no host. It was around 7p. Eventually the host, Raj, showed up and asked me if I wanted to be seated. Obviously.I let him know I was waiting on my cousin and he asked how long my cousin would be. Didn't know. Maybe 730? That's what time we decided to meet.Raj let me know they closed at 830 (the door and the site say 9) with an attitude and sat me at the very first table right inside the front door.It took a minute but Maureen ultimately came in and saved the day. She changed my table and grabbed me a cocktail while I waited for cuzzo. My glass was kept full and she was very attentive. Shout outs to Maureen.Cuz came and we ordered food. I can't speak to his food. As to mine, I'll say this: salt is not a substitute for proper seasoning. I got the Singapore noodles and it was like tasting a salt lick. ABSOLUTELY UNPLEASANT!!!Their menu looks effing phenomenal but if their first impressions and actual food don't back it up then I certainly will not recommend this restaurant.

For me, it is the best food you can find in downtown Mansfield. The environment is great and the servers are always friendly and attentive.

I think an all 5 Star rating pretty much speaks for itself.This place is wonderful! Food, staff, atmosphere. A little pricey??? No! Not for the experience you receive.

Good stuff!!Our server really made it pop. We drank plum wine and ate very decent food. Then... We broke out! It was a great date.Vegetarian options: Yes

Their food is spot on, just make sure you get it all before leaving if you're doing take-out.
