Costa Vida - Mansfield

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in this place. The atmosphere was good, but it was. The Queso was bred, the meat was dry and hard and the staff was not friendly to say the least. Definitely not worth the price. Sorry, guys... You in a pricy area so you need to apply your standards.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The quality of the food was great, minus my tortilla, which was super thin, so half of it was really crispy. Overall a great experience and the restaurant was also clean.

Great and fast! The sweet pig is the best and a queso style burrito is my go-to. The staff is always friendly and the interior was really clean

This review is from my first visit to this food chain. Drive-Thru experience. From the time my card was sworn at the time I received food was 7 minutes with no one in front of me. While waiting for my food, I decided to read Google reviews. Probably the worst idea ever, because I have seen many recent complaints about shop cleanliness and food quality. I didn't see the inside of the shop, but I tasted the food. I ordered Steak Nachos and here?s my take: Customer service was blah (not terrible, but not great. Kinda hard to explain, but I didn't feel totally welcome) the Guac was bland, the cheese was lumpy, the chips were very small and broken and the steak was too salty. One moment of splendour was the pico de gallo that tasted fresh. Back to the chips. Not only were they small and broken, but it was shredded cheese melted up and my steak and beans were in the middle of all chips. I guess that's how they're coating the court, but at first glance, I thought they forgot my steak. Overall, I would probably not visit this chain again because I feel that the quality of the food does not match the price.

They did a luncheon for our office and the food was good . I would use them again for catering .
